Never have I ever is an attempt to question the conditioning we grew up with about our bodies. The protagonist ends up, under the pressure of the idea that she MUST lose her virginity, deconstructing the illusory world of sexuality that many people find themselves forced to be a part of. We discover together with the protagonist that there is no pre-existing answer or way, only more confusion and an acute need for confidence.
